Jane Iredale, Lifetime Dermatology Blog, Products
Jane Iredale makes non-comedogenic, clean mineral make-up. Most of the line has a SPF of at least 15 and carries the Skin Cancer Foundation’s seal of Recommendation. Many of products also contain calming and soothing ingredients, including extracts of green and white tea, algae and aloe. The make-up is also paraben free.
After my SkinMedica regimen, my daily make-up routine starts with Smooth Affair Primer, Liquid Minerals foundation and Amazing Base loose powder. It is then finished off with the D2O Hydration Spray which sets the make-up. My skin feels really healthy and protected.

Lifetime Dermatology Blog, Physicians Assistants
Why do we have two PA’s at LifeTime Dermatology?
Physician Assistants are “physician extenders.” I work with two amazing PA’s – Jessica MacDougall, PA-C and Beth Belesky, PA-C – who work under my supervision to provide excellent, thorough skin care to all of our patients. Both are well qualified to help you with your skin concerns. They are well trained in general dermatology including treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, moles, skin cancer and more. They perform surgeries including biopsies and excisions as well as cosmetic services including Botox and filler. Basically, they truly are an extension of me and I am so happy that I have been blessed with such a terrific team!
SkinMedica
SkinMedica TNA has the patent on a 3-D culture that creates the more than 300 growth factors to signal your own skin to “think” younger and create fetal, non-scarring collagen.
SkinMedica also has the highest level of science. They have multiple published peer-reviewed articles. They do biopsies and assays to make sure that every ingredient in their products creates the response in your skin that is supposed to be creating. They don’t just add good ingredients to their products. They make sure that the ingredients they add are doing what they are supposed to be doing.
