Extremely thorough! I was able to have virtual visits while their office was closed during the pandemic. They are extremely thorough, calling before appointments to make sure that I can get into the app, and following up afterwards via email with all of the information that we discussed. I haven’t been into their actual office yet, but so far I am very impressed with the telehealth experience and look forward to going into the office at some point.

I was very pleased with my first time visit to lifetime. Dr. MacDougall and her nurse were super friendly and eased any anxiety I had during the visit. She was able to quickly identify and treat the concerns I had with my skin conditions. I also had a biopsy done which she handled quickly and painlessly. I think what impressed me the most was their bed side manner- they were gentle, patient and comforting and made me feel welcome, not rushed and completely informed. I went to another dermatologist previously and the medical doctor and staff made me feel uncomfortable, rushed and my concerns small and silly. But at lifetime, they really made me feel cared for and respected. Thank you lifetime- I will definitely become a “lifetime” patient of yours.
