      Full Skin Check

      we won’t miss a spot!

      At your full skin check, we use handheld dermatoscopes – basically hi-tech magnifying glasses with polarized lenses – to examine your skin.

      Dermatoscopes allow us to see through the top layer of the skin to find signs of early skin cancers. They can also help reassure us that growths are benign, eliminating unnecessary procedures.

      If you have any spots of particular concern we would be happy to spot to check these at your first visit.   Once you are established as a patient here, you can schedule a skin check with any of the providers. If you see Jessica or Beth, she will do a screening skin check and then call in Dr. Hern to review any concerning findings.
